Our Team

BlueCHP
Just Cause
We believe in a future where every Australian has access to a home they can afford.
Housing is the key to raising generations of Australians that have the opportunity to enjoy the freedoms that have been bestowed on us by our Constitution and forebears. Having stable housing tenure is your foundation for life. Housing protects the vulnerable and enables children to have the stability to gain an education which is the greatest gift we can bestow on future generations. For our disability families we seek to provide security and opportunity to live their dreams.
BlueCHP seeks to make a difference to people’s lives by providing housing choices to disadvantaged Australians utilising all the benefits that we can derive from our charitable status.
Our people seek to be inclusive and collaborative with all peoples, companies and governments to deliver these outcomes. We cherish all contributions. We believe in creating a feeling of belonging to the BlueCHP family.
We seek to build a company that continues to focus on the provision of affordable & disability housing for generations and steward the resources we have to the best of our abilities.
Our Homes will be diverse, offering choice for different ages, abilities and life stages.
As a not-for-profit, Community Housing Provider, we are motivated by our mission to ensure all Australians have a safe, secure and affordable home. We believe this is the best way to support any family.

Our BlueCHP SDA Team
Michelle Northcote
National Manager – Disability Housing
Michelle joined BlueCHP in 2018 as Administration Manager for the Hunter Residences Program, a project that delivered 118 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) dwellings across the Hunter Region of New South Wales. These homes were offered to participants moving out of large institutions which were no longer fit-for-purpose. Following the completion of this project, Michelle was promoted to the role of BlueCHP SDA Housing Specialist, where she established BlueCHP’s Specialist Disability Housing division and formed the Guide You Home (GYH) initiative. Michelle developed the GYH Process, a Participant-led approach to designing and constructing suitable SDA homes for the long-term.
Michelle is now the BlueCHP National Manager for Disability Housing, working with a team of SDA Housing Specialists who develop SDA homes across New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland.

With a commitment to inclusivity and a passion for enhancing quality of life, Wendy makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our Participants and their support networks.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Louise volunteered with We Are Community, a charity providing food relief to disadvantaged people in south-western Sydney — an experience that inspired her to further her studies in the community services sector.
